  1. I had a question, I've done a bunch of full body workouts and although i keep my core tight i never feel sore or feel like i worked that area. only my legs are ever sore. Am I doing something wrong ?

  2. Coming over here from Blogilates to try something new and I'm happy so far. I love Cassey's positivity so much and I definitely got some of that here. I found that short reps with a lot of moves to be different and actually easier that blogilates videos but I liked this different style and I'm looking forward to doing the 21 day challenge! Any other popsters here??
