  1. I really enjoyed this! I've found I've been doing too much cardio/HIIT (because it's my favourite) and as a result am losing too much weight, getting bony! So, now trying to focus on eating more and lifting more. This workout was really great, I still got puffed, which is what I want when I workout. Perfect!

  2. First time trying your strength and toning guys and I thought it was great. I know you've heard it all before but you are a great inspiration to all of us who follow your workouts. I totally found you by serendipity a few months back and as much as I would like a great physique like yourselves, I'm not dedicated enough to do the work. So just staying reasonably fit is my goal and for that I thank you.
