  1. This workout had me bout dying lol I did this full workout, a 10 minutes of a routine you posted, 5mins of my own routine and 3-8 mins jump rope. lol my goal is to loose more weight. im now from 162 down to 151.

  2. Great workout! Tough but doable. I like it when you put in a super tough interval and then let us get our heart down just a bit with a lighter pace interval. It makes it a workout you will stick with and not give up if it's too hard. That's what will happen with me….if it's too hard, I just go on to another workout that challenges me but doesn't defeat me. Thanks Marischa!
