  2. Good morning Millionaire Hoy! I'm staying on the 2nd floor of an apartment while traveling and just did this workout at 7:30am! This workout was perfect as I cannot jump around! Love all the moves, especially all the pushups so much as I don't have my weights with me! I am in big sweat! Love this workout so much! Thank you so so much!   4. This entire series is fantastic! It's ideal if you can't jump around for any reason–I turned to it several months ago due to an injury and it's allowed me to stay in great shape while healing up.

I usually do Salus' quiet workout but figured I'd try you for something different. Injured my foot running, and it's hard to achieve an effective workout without jumping around. Thank you!

  10. I needed something low impact with the back pain I've been having that could still kick my butt and this was awesome! Normally at home workouts don't do much but I didn't feel guilty skipping the gym classes today!

  11. Awesome! Thank you for this! I'm 31 weeks pregnant, in need of low impact yet challenging cardio (been working out fairly intensely the whole time). I had to modify by doing less twisting and slowing it down, but I got a great sweat. Love your workouts! I'll be using this one after baby comes too. 😊

    I'm doing your low impact stuff for a little while, because my hormones are playing around with my joints. You just proved that you don't have to bounce around to get a floor-soaking sweat going!

  16. My at-home workouts always consisted of lots of jumping and dancing, so when I moved to my apartment 4 months ago I felt like I wasn't allowed to exercise in my own home. I could feel myself becoming weak and unhealthy. This video has really helped me, thank you!
