  1. last few months ago, i done yoga with this video and everythings was good. but now i usually do yoga with this video, on half part i have backache. i cannot understand what i am doing wrong ?

  2. gr8 workout. loved it. thankyou. just one suggestion, that would be if you can also go through the breathing flow as you are instructing for each pose. Will be good for beginners.

  3. Well, I am a beginner, as in; never done yoga before. I got to the "happy baby" thing and I had a choice, either find a yoga video that was for actual beginners, or continue with the video and call an ambulance.

  4. I was looking for something about 30 minutes long and this one is perfect. I was totally new to yoga so after a couple of weeks of doing this, I think I'm getting the hang of it! Thank you!!

  6. Cameraman obviously had a lot of experience with different kind of movies – why are you showing me close up lady face if I need to learn yoga pose?! Otherwise woukd be fine practice – well paced… Fire the cameraman!

  8. If you're looking for a beginner yoga workout this is not it. The instructor does not provide guidance or adjustment that true beginners will likely need. Do some other work for a few weeks or months and then come back to this when you're between beginner and intermediate.
