  1. I've always ran, played soccer, and in the last few years started taking weight training seriously. I figured these would be a breeze… i was wrong. I feel a lot better doing these types of workouts with some more intensive strength training involving mostly bodyweight with some weights. Much lighter than before though with more reps. Feel like a lot of the pain is going away and it feels more natural, I'm getting my old agility back.
