  1. Hii Susana …I have quiet heavier hips and thighs and am little healthier ..my waist size is 30-32 .. I wanna get into my 26 sized jeans and even want a completely flat belly with tighter busts..I'm just 18 now and also unmarried..plz help me to get perfect shaped body like urs or atleast somewhat close to that within a month…I already eat only nutritious food and drink plenty of water…plz help me with this😊
