  1. Hi Natalie, would you consider doing a low impact HITT? I know you show low impact modifications during your regular routines, however, I am hoping you might do a dedicated low impact HITT workout. This might sound like a stupid request given the fact that you show the low impact modifications but just thought I'd ask. Thanks for your time.
