  3. Ladies, forget all other workouts channels. THIS is the one you need to give you results you want lightning fast! I'm a 50 year old woman who has been out of the exercise game for a year due to sickness but I came across this by chance, tried it with no expectations but just to get me back in the habit and I have lost 71b after doing just one week of this and the 20 minute workout as a warm-up.
