  2. i would like to give you my biggest thanks. four years ago, when i was an overweight exercise-hater, i discovered this workout. I thought: "can i commit to a 30-minute workout 2-3 times a week?" And I said yes. Since that, exercise has become a major part of my life and my well-being is in many ways dependent upon it. I got rid of my laziness, tiredness and low self-esteem.   3. 🙄🙄 seriously I get it being a mum is hard but honestly. We all have stresses not just 'mums' this is tbh quite offensive. It's applying that mums work harder than anyone else which isn't true AT ALL!

  4. Exercises are good and I really appreciate the low-impact nature of the majority of the moves, but the camera angle is too often poor or unhelpful. I see CafeMom head and upper torso – from the side, to boot – and can't see what her whole body is doing or the edit to the frontal view is too late. The primary point should be for the participant to nail down the movement as quickly as possible in order to focus on intensity, proper body alignment, breathing, etc. "Interesting" camera angles are not helpful and do not create an in-the-studio feeling or whatever they're going for by using it. This is especially critical as we are supposed to take steps forward or sideways (foot-knee-hip alignment). Side view is very confusing.

  8. Really loved this workout and instructor! Her easy to understand exercises allowed me to adjust (when needed) how high or low impact the moves would be on my body. I will definitely continue to use her workout's and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!
