  1. is there a way to do those twists without keeping your knees together? my knees (jumpersknees) are very sensitive and they hurt a lot in this twisting position. maybe there is an alternative? I loved video 1 to 3 but can't do this one. πŸ™

  2. Ugh. Too many chair poses! If this was my first yoga class, I would NEVER want to do yoga again! You need more of a flow and tell people how many breaths we will be in the pose if you're going to hold it long! Definitely not my favorite. Sorry 😐

  3. Thanks I enjoyed the workout, you clearly are good at this! I was just put off when you talked of your nail polish and clothing- I'm a Buddhist and materialism is superficial. If you enjoy what you're wearing that's the main thing, it doesn't matter what others think. I've subscribed anyway so will probably be back. 😊❀

  4. I love the cat! I did this video right after the 2nd detox video- it was quite challenging! I am a personal trainer so its always great to learn new exercises, I would love to see kickboxing worked into yoga.

  5. I usually love when I get to rest my head and strengthen my back, but this work out made me dread it, although I am enjoying working my legs out, it is different, was expecting more of a core workout not leg lol. but thanks enjoyed and saved video!
