  2. This is probably my favourite workout from you ever – the perfect combo of weights and cardio. I could barely hold my dumbell for kettlebell swings as I was so sweaty lol. I even did the ab section again at the end because I felt super energetic today. Thanks Christine!

    2) You said Victoria?!? I'm from Victoria <3 So beautiful! I moved away but I will always love it there. I just visited and still was on top of my hiit workouts from my hotel room! lol Thanks for that 🙂

  4. Hi! I have been doing your workouts just about everyday from home for about a year and a half. I LOVE them!! I have seen amazing results. I just recently joined the gym and people ask me where have I been working out and what kind of workouts have I been doing. I always tell them, Christine Salus on youtube!!:) I am from the state of Georgia.
