  3. Love the workouts, well done…. little note – hamstring stretch seated with a round back – generally not a good idea – it is a hamstrings stretch – not a back stretch. With back straight, you you have more hamstrings actions and SAFE back – tilt at the hips, not a back inflection. Still watched few videos and most are just fantastic! – Great JOB!
