  2. I think this workout is excellent. I'm in relatively good shape, and it still definitely made me sweat. I'm not a dancer, but her instructions were very clear and made the routine easy to learn. Finally, and most importantly to me, safety was emphasized, with instructions not to hyperextend your knees when doing squat-like moves. These instructions were made clearly, and with enough time to use proper form, which is critical to preventing injury. Thank you for the great routine!

  4. I did this workout earlier today and I LOVED IT!!!! I just came back on here to read the comments (something I like to do) and I saw the description of the video and it says Victoria's Secret models use this to stay fit. This gives me lots of
    hope that I will look thinner/more toned within a few weeks! I'll be doing this every other day and I'll let you know my results every Friday for those who are interested.

  5. for people complaining that there is no music, just put on your own music and turn this video down a bit, you can still hear the instructions but you are able to jam out to your own music 😀

  6. You treat people like idiots with this – it's a really basic routine. Just do it at tempo a bunch of times so people can catch on and get a real workout. Way too much slowing down and stopping.

  7. For any of you that maybe sometimes want to do this routine but want to do another kind of dancing somedays i recommend you fitdance life. They don't have routines, they have a coreography for different songs. At the beginning it can be frustrating while you're are learning the steps, but it's awesome when you do it and you can just dance and feel the music. Dancing it's such a fun way to exercise.
