  1. Already seeing improved mobility in these old shoulders, as your workouts have that built in. Slacked off most of summer, made a "donation" to a local gym and found I prefer working out with you guys.

  2. Hi Guys.. I can't tell you how much I want to thank you both. Always procrastinated if I have just 30 mins and have to to gym and work out in short time. But, Total kudos to you. I am working out daily minimum 30 mins and you guys inspired me to buy some basic stuff like dumbbells and hit on floor right away at home itself, when I ever I am free. Sharing your site with as many friends as I can. Can you guys also show exercise with Medicine ball, Stability Ball. Love you Both. More health and positive vibes back to you.
