  6. My first fitness blender HIIT in months and I pick this one! HA.
    Made me sweat A LOT – I am one of those strange people who rarely sweat so that's really saying something.
    Saying that, it was over before I knew it and felt great after. Definitely going to return to doing more of these. I've been focusing more on strength exercises/weight training over the last few months and been neglecting cardio a bit (I hate treadmills). Always recommend these videos to people who don't have time/don't want to pay for gym membership. Can always make time for a 20 min HIIT. The abs videos are great to do at the gym also to finish off a workout. Keep 'em coming!

    btw, i completed the whole thing and this feeling after finishing a fitnessblender's hit workout… DUHH. i had to do some low ipact modifications of three to four moves but i DID IT
    the jumpin lunges tho T_T

    you are life saviors really, everybody doesn't have enough time to spend in a gym and your videos are such a great alternative to that! i don't waste my time, and the days where i have a lot of work to get done i just pick one of your hiit videos, 15 to 20 minutes, shower and get my shit done ๐Ÿ˜€

  9. Hi! Cool workout I just finished it ๐Ÿ™‚ I would rate the difficulty 3,5/5 but I do have to mention my legs were kinda sore so I wasn't able to really put all of my effort into it. And I also want to say that I really love the idea of you working out together with us, it is so helpful! Keep up the amazing work.

I don't know if I'm right but I've noticed that you put a little bit more of cool down & stretch into videos and it's great because I think it's very important part and when I do the full workout I always do it from the beginning to the and but if I feel that I miss some stretch I'm not so motivatetd to play additional (even short) video ๐Ÿ˜‰

  12. Great workout and since its my Day 1 back on the fitness journey I think this was a 4 on the skill level. But as you said I felt good afterwards and definitely will be turning back in for more!!

  14. Another amazing workout! I love how it was structured…just when I couldn't take it any longer we had rest, but I was able to do the whole thing and was dripping sweat by the end. Definitely will add this to my favorites for later. Thanks team!

  15. Kelly, do you have any recommendations or suggestions for people with endocrine disorders? I had Cushing's syndrome and now I have PCOS. It is really hard to lose the belly fat-harder than the average person and it can get frustrating ๐Ÿ™ I eat very healthy (low glycemic diet & pescatarian) and still have this stubborn weight in the middle and have been considering laser lipo again as it really helped me in addition to toning workouts, but there is still that stubborn fat in my mid section and it feels like bloating and it never goes away ๐Ÿ™ BTW, thank you so much for your free workouts! If anything, in the past two months, I have felt much stronger!

  16. Remember to stretch and be careful folks. I do fitness blender workouts 4 days a week, had just come in from a long walk, and still ended up pulling my leg at around the 12:30 mark doing those jacks.
