  1. Adrian Bryant, I am so grateful to have found your workouts on the bike. I have had 2 Spinal fusions and a total knee replacement, and I have degenerative disc disease. I use my recumbent bike, and I am finally able to take control over my own body, I have lost 20 lbs so far and am getting better able to control my health. Thank you and keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!

  3. I have been doing this routine everyday for nearly 2 weeks now and I'm losing 1lb a day. The first time I was huffing and puffing, sweating buckets and it felt so hard but now I'm really enjoying it and finding it a lot easier. Thank you so much Adrian xxx

  4. Started Adrians program about 3 weeks ago. Im 6'7 and was 288. after a couple weeks I am down to 275. would be more but I love my wifes cooking too much. Took a week off of doing this same workout on a treadmill but had a small muscle pull in my lower calf. Ready to do it again today
