  2. is it fine to just do the first two rounds? Because by the third I feel, not bored, but I don't know….like it feels slower since I've already done the exact thing twice. 
    But anyways, I loved the first two rounds as an every day workout! Thanks fitnessblender for all the videos, my lower body especially thanks you haha

  4. To get a smaller butt you'll want to do this exercise plus some cardio. Building muscle will help you burn calories once you have a good foundation, but if you ONLY build muscle and don't do any cardio, you may end up with a slightly bigger butt.
