  7. I've been skipping for almost twenty years, really upped it in my mid thirties when I'd do an hour (nine minutes on, one minute rest six times) three times a week. I lost sixty pounds in a year's time.
Now I'm 42 and only skip once a month or once every two months for an hour. People are amazed that that's all I do to maintain my fitness, other than a few sets of pushups once in a while, and mountain biking sporadically.

  8. You guys are my heroes. I'm thirteen years old and I've jumping rope for little over a month, already learnt a couple of tricks and I'm going well. I've started boxing and I'm hoping to qualify for the olympics in 2020 be ready for a shoutout then guys, hopefully you'll have the 10 million subscribers you deserve by then.
