There is no need to ingest 10,000 calories per day, no need to eat every 2 hours, and most importantly NO NEED TO EAT SHIT because you have no time to cook for all these meals. Here is my advice: Learn how to cook properly, dont eat the bland shit meals he is eating, and eat 2-3 square meals, well prepared, each day.
