  1. The workouts are getting slightly easier for me as I get in shape. I also recently lost 20 lbs!!! To increase the cardio burn, is there anything else that I can do besides using heavier weights & jogging in place in between moves? Thanks Natalie! 🙂

  2. This one felt good doing! Can you do a workout only with balance moves with no cardio? You have so good combinations in your workouts! I am alway´s happy when you have released a new one! Thank you Natalie!
