@Dangerous Daz – I am a complete beginner, I want to get back in shape but most importantly I wanna be able to do this till the end for one of the Himalayan peak – not for hiking alone but for some another pursuit. Would expanding this video schedule to say x2 in terms of time work as a sweeping generalization? I'd like to start with local peaks (I am in Bay area California).
The title "Training plan for hiking/hill walking/general fitness" is misleading right from the start in the video, you state its about climbing which is not mentioned in the title
