  1. Caroline, THANK YOU. You are such a vibrant, energetic, inspiring person. Have learnt so much & feel more positive from watching your videos/training with you. I believe I will come out of having a broken toe stronger than I was before. Kudos to you & your strength ! ox

  2. Thanks, Caroline! I just had bunion surgery 5 days ago and you are saving me! I'm a fitness instructor and am out for 12 weeks…you are going to help me be strong and positive. Love you!

  3. Just bought your Hurt Foot program. I have 3 metatarsal stress fractures and a fractured ankle on the other leg. I am used to dancing 35 hours a week and have been struggling with healing for 5 1/2 months and still in a boot on both sides because of doctor misdiagnosis and mismanagement. I've been feeling like I will never dance competitively again. You have given me hope and also hoping you will whip me back into shape with your program.

  4. After spraining my ankle not 2 weeks ago, I have been down in the dumps. It has taken so long to lose weight and build distance (walking/running) and suddenly I can't do any of it. I just did a search for a workout for an injured foot and it brought up this particular video.
I don't normally go for the peppy, overly cheerful and chatty instruction but I really enjoyed not only your workout but your enthusiasm and optimism throughout. This in turn made it a much more positive workout. And everything you mentioned throughout (about what "I" felt) was spot on. The experience was great and I had to subscribe and will check out your other videos. Thank you for making and posting these.

  5. Loving your videos! Broke my ankle and am still in a boot for another 3 weeks, but these video's have safely allowed me to continue to workout and stay in shape! Plus that adorable enthusiastic american accent is entertaining to listen to whilst struggling through the workout.

  6. I'm so glad I found you on here, girl! I just watched your Sesamoid injury video and I learned a lot, especially hearing about your own experience. I shared it on a Facebook page called Philadelphia/South Jersey Fitness Group so others can learn too. Thumbs up!

  7. Thank you for this. Fractured my toe a week ago and just occurred to me I could search you tube for exercise routines for foot injuries.'Duh. So glad I found you! You made me sweat and feel the burn!

  8. Thank you so much for these videos – I just had a traumatic injury and surgery on my foot and I was so depressed about not being able to run (I was getting ready to start training for a 10K when the injury happened). Your positivity and effective workouts have gotten me through the first week of recovery and I look forward to maintaining my fitness through your workouts in the weeks to come!! You are amazing!

  9. Thanks for your video series!! I developed plantar faciitis in my right foot. about a month ago. I didn't listen to my body of course. I didn't want to drop out of a marathon I trained so hard for. Now I'm paying for it. I've been depressed that I need to take off time running. I looked on line for your type of video to get out of my funk. So glad I did. They're great thanks so much!

  10. Thank you for the fabulous workout and your positive energy! Doing this daily makes healing from a sprained ankle much more manageable. I do miss running though! How many of these workouts do you personally do daily to stay fit while not running?

  11. Thank you so much!!! I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago & it is really hard for me. I am an outdoor person, I love running , hiking, walking, biking and suddenly it all disappeared. Your videos really help. Thank you!!! <3

  12. hey carolin. nice workout routines you put together! i just broke my foot a week ago and starting to be restless with the pain disappearing more an more, so i am so happy i came along your videos and workout plan. Normally i am a quite active runner (especially long-distance), yogi and general fitness and motion addict lol. keep up your great work!! xx nadin

  13. These videos are so great! I haven't been able to do anything for 8 months (except sit around and eat). I'm in the home stretch of recovery and you're helping. I also love your positive comments – they really do work! Thanks a million.

  14. Hi Caroline. I've just done this after your Chair Aerobics and loved the combination, got my heart rate up and burned those calories. Thank you so much for your positive words I love hearing them especially after a tough day at work. Hope you're healing well too. Xxx

  15. I've had a calcaneal fracture it's passed 11 1/2 months. doctors said it can take a life time to heal or at least 2 to 3 years . they can do nothing . my baby was 34 days old when I broke my heel in an accident . I've all those pregnancy and baby fats in my body . 60 kg . I hate my body. I hate my life . I've lost hope .. and I feel like my life's finished. I tried to do some of these workouts. but looks so hard … I'm so broken mentally and physically. I just watch these videos . and that's it

  16. Caroline!  I can't thank you enough for your hurt foot videos. I broke my ankle when I was out for a run 3 months ago and am still in a boot.  I was so excited to see you posted a new video! My abs are talking to me now. Ha!  Thank you!!!!

  17. First of all I want to thank you for these Hurt Foot videos. They have kept me (somewhat) sane with my foot injuries. Not just the exercise, but your positive words are so helpful! I tend to get depressed without my normal routine. However, there is one thing I don't get. Why do you label this one advanced? I found it the least challenging of all. The other videos had, for example, cross-legged crunches where you touch the side (KILLER) and many tricep pushups, and even the doggy-fire hydrant with one hand behind your head. Any of those are harder than this video. I still like it, but I consider it the easiest.
