  1. you guys changed my life ! Paul is the man and I cannot watch any video where he is not the coach ;)…I use the spinning as a base training and its just awesome. I am a competitive freediver and it helps a lot.

  2. Second vid I have done with Paul, the last one I did many times, and I think I will with this too.

He is a good motivator without sugar-coating anything and seems to enjoy the pain. Only thing is I can't seem to 'add a little more' when I'm standing at 100RPM – I feel like I'd fly off the turbo if I tried lol.

  3. My god i am only use to 4 climbs during 45 minute session, so first long climb was a surprise , however i got the rytme pretty quick. The second last big climb i had to sit down, but i was too stubborn not to take the last big one 😀
Very nice video, and very good instructor.Keep up the hard work guys and girls.

  4. Where can I find more videos like this one with a live instructor (teaching not voice overs) and a mix of sitting and standing climbs? I've done this video 100 times already have checked the other videos on this channel and there's nothing like it 😥

  5. Our spin class has one bike (the instructor uses,) which shows gears. The other bikes have wheels that add and decrease resistance. While going along with your video, with just my DIL and I, I believed the Effort Level indicated the gear we were supposed to be in, but it didn't always seem to line up. "Two notches," would that be two gears? At one point, he seemed to say bump it up a little bit four times, but then we were only up one gear showing on the effort level. Anyone know how to relate this to the wheel? 6th gear about "55%?" I think we've been doing way more resistance than necessary when we've been using the bikes that don't show our fears and I'd like to learn how to do this better. Any help would be appreciated.

  6. They're not doing HIIT, they don't work hard enough during intense intervals. If they don't have the level (and I think most of them, if not all, don't have), they should do shorter workout (like 10').
There, they do more endurance intensive during interval than an all-out they're supposed to do. You're supposed to be at max puls. after the 3rd interval in a row (if not previously). The better you're, the faster you've to reach your max pulsation.

This work-out can be good, but don't follow what you see on their faces and effort, but follow the program if you can (pure cyclist). If you're not a cyclist, you'll can't do this correctly during the whole time (it will not be HIIT but low endurance/high endurance effort).

  7. Paul are you planning on making some more videos ? I spin every second day to your classes and would like to see some new challenges from you. I was given some spin class DVDs and they just are not as good as the ones you have made !
