  1. Thank u so much! Made my day! For an tense women's workout I recommend using 3 different weights, I used 15, 10 and 5s. I was surprised how hard it was and how often I would shift to the med or light weights! Best instructor style, so efficient!!!

  2. This is absolutely amazing!! As I've been continuing to work out, upping the intensity, and getting stronger, I've been looking for harder workouts on Youtube and this was awesome. I only used 5 lb weights and my arms especially are like noodles. Did this after a 20 min HIIT workout was tough too. Love Christine!
