  1. I just found your workout channel, and I have to say that I love it! I am working my way through all of your videos. I used to workout very hard, but I have some issues with hip pain and instability. I still feel like I'm getting a great workout in these videos without feeling like I'm dying or irritating my hip.

  2. HI Natalie, the 3 pound weights were perfect for this workout especially with side raises (flys). I think next time I will have both 3 and 5 pound weights available so I can use the heavier weight for upright rows, etc. Great workout just like all your others! I also appreciate no ads!
