  1. Hi Natalie, I can't tell you how much I love your workouts. You really get out of breath and feel like you're getting a full body workout. I even do it barefoot sometimes. It's great to pair with a walking video or some other cardio session. Thanks and keep them coming!

  2. Did my second HIIT! I really enjoyed it. I slowed down in some parts but generally I pulled it through! I like it because there are no complicated moves and l manage to keep a good posture compares to other 'hectic' HIIT workouts. Thank you very much ! ( sorry my English isn't good).
