  1. I love your workout videos, so motivating and true. While doing this workout at one point my mentality was "I'm tired, ugh stop" but you guys kept going, I then realized they are still going, so I am too.
    That is something I struggle with… the mentality that I cant, but physically I can keep going and you guys are a great help with that. Thank you so much.

  2. I just want to tell you really quick, how much I appreciate your work here! Around 2 years ago I first started working out with one of your low impact cardio workouts and I could only get half way through and I felt really dizzy. Then, I started going to the gym, kickboxing, etc. and kind of forgot about your workouts here. Today I remembered, were I came from and searched a video through your website and wondered if this would be too difficult for me. But it wasn't! I feel so good, could make it all the way through and feel energized. You guys made me start working out and I thought it would be nice to tell you, how thankful I am! Before starting, I hated working out, but the both of you made me start, kick my ass and make the first workout I ever made, feel like a warmup nowadays. I am definitely coming back to your videos more often now 🙂

  3. I just want to add that I almost skipped this…almost. Decided when I got home I would just do it and so glad I did. Been working out for 35 Years and am told constantly that I don’t look my age. Exercise is awesome!

  5. this is really random as i have already done this workout about a hundred times, but today i am especially thankful for its existence – and yours, kelli and daniel!
    i had my mind stuck on something that was really pulling me down and after being finished with this sweet beast i did not only break a good sweat but also felt so much better and more positive! thank you for everything you two do for us – it's more than 'just' about 500+ free workouts! <3
