  2. Hello, I am a pre-teen and I did this as a dare. When I finished I realized how good and relaxing it was! I became MORE FLEXIBLE! And I even made it into the CHEER TEAM!!! I wouldnt of been where I am right now if it werent for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I liked this 20 min. class. It was an easy practice compared to other lower focus classes on the channel but nicely composed. Just one question: When you do the standing splits you always open your hips. My yoga teacher advised me to keep the hips closed and the toe pointing towards the floor. Why is it done so differently?

  4. Oooo I loved this one! The standing splits were my favorite part – I felt like a ballerina! I'm 25 weeks pregnant & have continued with most of your yoga videos, modifying what I need to, to keep it safe. Thanks for offering such great classes!
