  2. Michelle is great! Can she do a video with instructions only, so that those of us who have been doing these, and already know yoga philosophy, and that we need to listen to our bodies etc., can really tune in to our breath, etc? That would be awesome!

  3. Michelle is great teacher, she is easy to follow, nice steady flow, full body work-in/out and as my mind started to wander with all the things I had to do she would gently remind me to be back in the moment
