1. I absolutely love this practice! My arms are too weak to do the poses so I found myself working on my arms more than my core. But either way works! And I love the full hour flow; please make more 1-hour+ length workout flow!! Namaste ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Hi Kristina, thank you so much. I have such weak arms and an untrained core so this workout was exactly what I needed. There were times when I couldn't keep up with the ab moves at times but I pushed myself frequently. I love these routines but my favorite yoga is yin. Please upload more yin routines and thank you for all that you've done. ๐Ÿฆ„
