My work life (10 hours plus per day at a desk) had set my spine to a taut lean to the left. I suddenly realised that I was now walking taller, did not break my sleep overnight anymore due to back pain and suddenly felt freer than I had in a long time. I strongly recommend this class to anyone who is suffering with back pain, tightness or tension in your back, hips or legs. I'll keep practicing all these exercises because I knew some of them, but most of them were new for me and I found them very effective on my lower back. I hope I get better.
