  1. this was such a fun workout!! I loved how anna was always talking and it kept me motivated the whole time! I am a little disappointed because my apple watch said i only burned 160 calories. I guess that could possibly be because of my height to weight ratio. So sweaty tho!!

  2. Crikey I'm sweating and my body feels like jelly. I just about made it through to 30 mins. I didn't quite burn 300 calaories, more like 177. But its defeniltly worth it!! Thankyou Anna for this workout. You are very lovely and very motivating!! My body will be nice n toned for the summer!!

  4. I am on the floor of my room, tiredly typing you this after relunctantly starting your workout and so glad i'm writing this after the timer hit the zero mark instead of halfway through. I have hypothyroidism so it's asking for the impossible to get up, put on my sports bra and actually committing to finish this half an hour. I've been doing various pop sugar workouts and even if I feel like my weight hasn't changed a bit, the workouts seem easier to me. Thank you @popsugarfitness.   5. I really love this one! I tried to do the modified burpee with adding an alternating bicep curl with my weights each time I squat, it was very effective! But I missed your cool down at the end, it is so nice when you do them Anna! But still I loved your video, you bring joy and happiness in my day! thank you very much!
