  2. I just did this and I honestly did not know a 20 min workout could have me sweating this way. Good job. I will definitely be using these workouts. Here I was thinking kickboxing was easy, ha.

  3. love the vids but can u slow down a bit while we figure out the movement first. by the time i figure out how to to do the movement that portion is already done.
