I have 2 questions and would greatly appreciate your help in answering them: If I go to the gym in the morning, may I swim or run the evening of the same day? or maybe the day off? 2) Talking about the "days off" … it is possible to make the series in sequence M/T/W/T and then have 1 or 2 days off and then repeat?

  12. Not if it is done under CONTROL. You don't need to pack on hundreds of pounds for it to be effective. Focus on a 4 second negative, 3 second hold at the top, and 1-2 second positive and INITIATE the move from your QUADS. You will see what I mean.

  17. hey vince, liking this series and what your doin a lot. question: why only one giant set with hams? assumed you would give them more than that, they deserve it… and if its because the quad portion is so taxing (i know it is for sure) then why not separate them or do them at different times on the same day? (one in morning, one at night, for example) just felt they deserved more than one giant set. or are they a weak part of yours and one was enough.
