  1. I wasn't going to workout today. Yesterday was very stressful, and I wanted to sleep longer. I realized I wanted that fist bump more! I haven't done much workouts with weights recently, so I started with my 3 lbs, but quickly switched over to 5. Must be all those modified push-ups I've been doing with you! Thanks for inspiration!
