Hello everyone. I have a question. I am expecting a package carried by DHL from the USA to Europe. Last week on Sunday, September 6, the DHL tracking of this package had two entries: “Electronic Notification Received” (at h. 16.21) and then “EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE” (at h 16.22). Since then, this package has been EN ROUTE for more than a week. And what makes me worry even more is that in the tracking system of the shipper (i.e., the forwarding agency MyUS of Sarasota, Florida) there is no entry relating “departure from origin sort facility” (while this entry appeared in the tracking of other recent packages I got from MyUS).
My question is: do “EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE” and “EN ROUTE” mean that DHL is actually in possession of this package and is actually carrying it? Or is this package still stuck in the warehouse of MyUS in Sarasota? Thank you in advance.

@LearnWoo Thank you very much. I have seen this forum. One of the members give a very detailed and good reply.
BTW someone from DHL called me a few hours ago and said that, if the package is “en route”, it means that it is in DHL’s hands, but it is traveling in a pallet with many other packages and will be given an individual tracking number once it reaches their Distribution Center in New Jersey. She told me to call them once again if the package is still en route in two weeks from now.
I will wait. But this is the first time that it takes so long to a package to travel from a place in the US to the DHL Distribution Center in NJ. Thanks again.
