  1. These are 3 healthy eating tips I wish I understood YEARS ago! Please feel free to share your tips in the comments so we can all learn from and support one another. XO Dani

    1. Thank you for this video ❤️ I usually back away from anything to do with diets and nutrition, I have heard it all. But this video was amazing and I’m so glad I clicked on it! It really hit home and you put into words what I know is right but haven’t managed to say.

  2. Always love your videos. Vegetables daily is a must for our family, even with my husband now (the one never eat vegetable before ) . I am incorporable more diversity vegetable and it’s quite interesting and exciting. Thanks Dani for all your videos over the years , I learned a lot from you ❤

  3. I’m glad I found your channel. Great recipes and your talks are very helpful and not “fluff “😊👍

  4. I am fascinated by the food emotions you spoke of. I believe most people eat based on emotions and habit than hunger. I’m really going to dive into my own emotional eating and I’m going to have my husband watch it as well. Thanks so much.

  5. A few years back my husband passed after having health issues. Ok, then it was time for me to address some of my health concerns and having retired to the beach had to find a new physician. Big changes, blood work was not good so was enrolled in a diabetic teaching class at the local hospital. Since I was only cooking for myself it was a wake up call. Carbs and vegetables were my challenge. Loved carbs and not so much on the vegetables. Started cooking the vegetables with every meal, even spinach in my omlettes. Gave up bread, potatoes and my favorite corn dishes. Took me a year to get off my sugar medicine and get my numbers below average. Covid was a hard era as for shopping for fresh foods but today I am 5 pounds below where my endocrinologist wanted me to be for my age and height. Lesson learned, vegetables are a must for me and I have a potato once in a while but still limit my breads and pastas because they are a true weakness to me. At least I recognize my downfalls. Can I say ( love your videos and inspiration) how much I appreciate you sticking with us during these trying times. 🥰🙁

    1. Such a great message, Debbie! Veggies are so important (and can be so delicious!). Thanks for sharing all of this – I know it will be super helpful for others. XO

  6. Thank you Dani for the great tips! What has helped me on my health & weight loss journey is consistency.

  7. Hi Dani, thank you, loved this video and totally agree with your tips! 🥰As you say, we are bombarded with a lot of contradictory information and a food industry that creates such unhealthy products, including many that “look like” healthy but are not. Learning to differentiate what’s good from what’s not has been key to me…

  8. thank you I needed to hear this! after years of dieting and failing doing all kinds of diets and restrictions that i cant seem to sustain. I have come to surrender to the fact that all it comes down to is real food. It is very stressful to let go of the science and rules such as keto its actually scary to eat a piece of fruit . I am going to try to let go of the fear and go to whole foods and see how it goes.

  9. Thank you Dani, I am a long time follower of your channel. I am very grateful that you brought to my attention the Atomic Habit. It is exactly what I need at this moment. Have a great year with lots of accomplishments – and good habits!

  10. Gracias
